I usually use an external firewire hard drive when editing HD clips. Your hard drive is formatted wrong so try fixing that and see what happens.

Looks like mouse multi-touch is going to be a significant part of Mac OS 10.7. Does anyone know of any third-party Mac compatible mouse that will handle these commands?

Ha, ha, one of the first cases made for the iPhone 4. Very poor design. Camera interference, back scratches up terribly, fit is lousy etc. :eek:

The rubber coming off is more than a cosmetic issue. It's a functional issue as well. While I can't guarantee it, I'm willing to bet that Apple will help you out here.

Many thanks David - I looked at that device and it's probably going to work for me. As well, I have one of the TEAC drives in my possession already. So, I'm going to go visit a friend with a Zenith Z-150 and see if his will work, and if not I'll purchase that device. Again, many thanks....

I won't be making it (because I don't live in Brussels), but I'll make a deal with someone. I'll buy a copy of Leopard here in the states in someone's honor if someone will go to t'Kelderke and have some gratin de moules in my honor. :p

rumor (fact?) #3 might get the entry disqualified, but i like it.
you shoud make the "red" more visible tho
It's an accurate reflection of some posts on the board. The word "ass" isn't taboo here, and it's not me expressing an opinion as much as one of many clich comments we see around here. Some other quotes:
"My powerbook is making strange noises"
"I got a Dell!!!1!11"
"Wait, or buy now?"
"This Tuesday"
and
"I don't get men"

Yeas I've done a couple of those restarts since learning how with no change. I'll see if anybody suggests any different and then try the restore.
If I restore will I lose my text messages and data within apps?
Thanks scott

Also check if you marked the share internet in the control panel. Worked for me since I am also in a Windows network with my flatmates.

I read somewhere that Starbucks does that type of stuff too... although I can't remember a specific time, and of course it's not a disaster anywhere close to this.
That said, any company in it's right mind would do this. In this case, yes, many, many Kudos to Apple Corporate, even more kudos to the immeasurable help provided by the local Apple staff, but to keep it in perspective I doubt any store would turn people away. It is cool that Apple controlled so much of the building that they could be self-sustaining, and it was very neat that the Managers were sent out to buy food and water before the rush. I like that the company was standing behind whatever decision the employees made - according to that article, some didn't.
Sadly, any number of first-person stories equally moving and more powerful will never be heard.

This just seems silly on Apples part.
I'm able to use java 1.4.2 for anything else except browser plug-ins in non-web-kit based browser, why aren't the plug-in stuff updated?

Really? I thought that applied to all Apple products apart from the iPhone, at least that's what my local store (in Shanghai) told me.
if your local store told you otherwise, then i guess not. but ive never had problems with international apple stores (Canadian iPhone, Japan Ginza apple store)
other than that, based on the level of detail in your situation, there's nothing else to tell you than "buy a new phone," if your local apple stores turned you away.

In your navigation controller window, stick in a button to call this:
SecondLevelController *nextController = [[SecondLevelController alloc] init];
[self.navigationController pushViewController:nextController animated:YES];
[nextController release];
This is all relative to the navigation controller so it doesn't matter where it is defined.

There are lay-ins from either smalldog or radtech that work well. They work to simply cover the keys from contacting the screen (especially keeping your finger oils off of it) which will help to avoid the bright squares some people have on their screens.

Go to your carrier and get a regular sized SIM for your iPhone. You should be able to do that fairly easily.
The micro-sim from the IP4 won't work unless you buy an adapter.

Nothing you can do about it.
You can use a tag you don't otherwise use (e.g. BPM) and display and sort on that.
(EDIT: Personally, I sort on Data Added when viewing the library).
